Dear Sir,
I am one of those people that does not have a lot of knowledge about computers. We had a major problem with our computer. You gave us a presentation on PC Guard. Prior to you being able to install PC Guard the problem with our computer had to be fixed. Your recommended that you can wash the hard drives and reload the programs then install PC Guard. This was done in a very timely manner. A first for us in Panama.
A few weeks later, it happened. We were out shopping. When we returned home. Our son,whom is not to allowed to use our computer for his games, (he has his own) used our computer to play a new game on line. He had that look on his face like he burnt the house down. We looked at the screen and there it was YOU HAVE A VIRUS.
After a few words of wisdom with my son, the rational one (my wife) stated, "it can be fixed, we have PC Guard". My wife did as you instructed her to do. Hit the F9 key and it cleaned it. It was that simple to my surprise(and my sons)the virus was gone.

Computers and I have never got along. They would always give me trouble. They�d start working slow, log off on me or freeze every three minutes. And nobody in the house knew anything about computers, so I always had to deal with these problems and find a way to fix them.

My grandparents had a computer at their house, and I had finally bought myself a laptop (after two years with a Stone Age device). I didn�t want to have the same troubles again, and I didn�t know what to do. Then my cousin told me that he had a friend that fixed computers and he could help me out.

That�s when I found out about Pc Guard and Laptop Guard. At first I was a little skeptical about it due to my reputation with computers, but I decided to give it a try, and I�m glad I did. It�s REALLY easy to use, and this is coming from a person that only knows how to open her MSN and search through Google.

Whenever I feel that my laptop is acting up, I just launch the Laptop Guard and everything is like brand new again. And my grandma doesn�t have to worry about the computer freezing or being slow. All she has to deal with is being able to send an email successfully.
